Account and collection access
Resolve sign-in, team membership, guest sharing, and inherited collection visibility problems.

If sign-in fails, verify the email address, password, and current two-factor code. Use the password-reset flow when necessary. Repeated authentication failures may be temporarily rate-limited; wait before retrying rather than sending many requests.
Missing team or content
Confirm that the user has an active team membership or an active guest share. Ending membership removes member capabilities even if an old browser tab remains open.
For missing documents, inspect the document's current collection and every ancestor. A private or selected-member ancestor can hide all descendants. The team owner can review effective collection access.
Moving a document or collection may have changed its audience. Use the stable resource ID to confirm that you are looking for the same item at a new path.
Trash
A deleted document moves to Trash and disappears from normal navigation. An authorized user can restore it from Trash. If the item was permanently purged, it cannot be recovered through the normal restore workflow.
