Quire uses team membership, guest sharing, and inherited collection visibility to define access. Account protections and agent session controls apply alongside those content boundaries.

Administrative responsibilities

Team owners manage membership, guests, team-level settings, and usage analytics. Members create and collaborate within their effective access. Guests remain limited to explicitly shared resources.

Every person is responsible for account security and for reviewing agent authorizations made under their identity. Owners can inspect and manage all team webhook subscriptions, while members manage their own.

Use collection access as a durable information boundary, not merely a navigation preference. Descendants inherit restrictions from every ancestor.
