Collaboration

Coordinate reviews, decisions, action items, sharing, and recovery without losing document context.

Last updated

Quire keeps conversation and accountability next to the knowledge they affect. Members can co-edit documents, discuss anchored content, assign action items, and review history.

Work in context

Create a comment on the relevant text whenever possible. Replies stay in the same thread, and resolving a thread preserves its record while clearing it from active work.

Use action items when a comment needs an accountable owner. Use document history when you need to understand how content changed, and Trash when a document was removed accidentally.

Share deliberately

Team membership, guest access, and collection visibility solve different problems. A member participates broadly within the collections available to them. A guest is constrained to explicitly shared resources. Collection rules narrow an audience through the tree.

A link does not grant access by itself. Recipients must already have permission to the document or receive an explicit guest share.
