Troubleshooting
Diagnose account access, MCP authorization, webhook delivery, and collection visibility problems.
Last updated
Start by identifying the boundary involved: account authentication, team membership, collection visibility, agent authorization, or webhook transport. Quire intentionally fails closed when identity or access is uncertain.
Before changing configuration
Confirm the affected user, team, collection path, stable document or collection ID, client name, and approximate time. For webhooks, also record the delivery ID, event ID, attempt number, response status, and endpoint log entry.
Avoid repeatedly rotating secrets or recreating authorizations until you know which boundary failed. Those actions can make the original evidence harder to compare.
If a problem follows one collection but not another, inspect inherited collection access before investigating transport or client configuration.
