Guest sharing and document links
Share Quire knowledge with the right audience and use document links without weakening access controls.

Quire separates discoverability from authorization. A document link helps a permitted reader navigate, but it never grants permission on its own.
Share with guests
Team owners manage guest access. A guest invitation targets specific content and produces a narrower workspace experience than team membership. Use guest access for clients, reviewers, or partners who should not browse the full team workspace.
Guest permissions remain subject to the shared resource and its current collection access. Removing a share or ending access prevents future use.
Link documents
Insert a Quire document link when another page supplies context, evidence, or a dependent workflow. Use descriptive link text instead of “click here.” Backlink tools can identify documents that refer to the current page.
When a document moves, its stable ID remains the reliable integration identity even if its displayed .md path changes. Quire's own document references can continue to resolve the intended page.
Collection visibility
Team-visible collections are available to active members. Private collections are limited to their owner and the team owner. Selected-member collections are limited to the configured audience and the team owner. Descendants inherit every narrowing rule in their ancestor chain.
