When the analytics dashboard is enabled, team owners can review aggregate workspace activity and content engagement. The dashboard distinguishes human and agent activity where attribution is available.

What analytics can answer

Analytics can help an owner see whether members are active, which content areas receive attention, and how agent activity contributes to workspace operations. Export capabilities support further operational review.

Metrics are derived from recorded product activity and roll up over time. Recent activity may appear after the analytics pipeline processes it.

Use metrics responsibly

Activity counts do not measure knowledge quality, employee performance, or the correctness of an agent's output. Combine metrics with document review, team feedback, and outcome-based measures.

Guest and restricted-collection boundaries continue to apply in the product. Analytics access is owner-only and should be treated as administrative data.
